Policy

*MoFA: From April 29, all travelers to China can take antigen tests instead of COVID-19 nucleic acid tests 48 hours before boardind and airlines will no longer check pre-boarding test certificates, said by Mao Ning, spokesman of MoFA.

*General Office of the State Council issued opinions on promoting steady scale and excellent structure of foreign trade which pointed out to stabilize and expand the import and export scale of key products and cultivate the advantages of auto export, promote trade digitalization and cultivate third-party comprehensive digital solution providers serving small, medium and micro foreign trade enterprises, promote the healthy, sustainable and innovative development of cross-border e-commerce, further expand the scale of RMB settlement in cross-border trade and resume international flights, especially those at key domestic aviation hubs asap.

*CSRC will promote the implementation of consumer infrastructure REITs projects asap, research and optimize the REITs valuation system, accelerate the special legislation on REITs and promote the high-quality development of the REITs market, said by Zhou Xiaozhou, director of CSRC Bond Department.

*China realized unified registration of real estate across the board, announced by Wang Guanghua, head of Ministry of Natural Resources, which means a unified real estate registration system covering all land and all real property rights has been established, from urban housing to rural housing sites and from real estate to natural resources, after ten years of efforts.

* Global crude oil prices closed down collectively. June NYMEX crude oil contract down 2.07% to closed at $77.13/b, July Brent contract down 2.36% to closed at $80.59/b. INE crude oil active contract down 2.58% to 551.2 yuan/b.

* Precious metals closed mixed. COMEX gold contract up 0.41% to closed at $2007.9/oz. SHFE gold active contract up 1.06% to closed at 447.58 yuan/gram.

* Metals closed down collectively, LME nickel down 5.64%, LME tin down 4.64%, LME zinc down 2.58%. SHFE tin down 3.23%, SHFE nickel down 2.95%, SHFE zinc down 2.35%.

* Commodity futures closed down collectively, energy & chemistry futures saw weak performance, glass down 2.7%, PTA down 2.17%, fuel oil down 2.05%, TSR 20 down 1.58%. Black series closed down collectively, coking coal down 2.63%, coke down 1.99%, iron ore down 1.81%. Agricultural products closed down mostly, rapeseed oil down 2.58%, soybean oil down 1.27%, RBD palm olein down 1.22.
